Bad Salesperson - Good Recovery

Bought a new fridge in stock, delivery was for Saturday, guaranteed. The salesperson called me Friday and said that they don't deliver Saturday and I'd have to wait till next week. She was very rude and said it wasn't up to her and it was a take it or leave it offer.
I contacted the manager and he had it special delivered to me on Saturday. I feel badly about it because I know that their profit margins are bad enough but I had no fridge.
The manager did make it right. I would strongly suggest if you shop here that you get them to put whatever they promise in writing on the sales slip. The salesperson did not tell the truth.
