Salesman and installation excellent BUT the company's scheduling etc suffers from lack of proper office co-ordination - I needed an 8 o'clock start but the installer didn't show up until 9. Annoying

Yes we certainly dropped the ball in this case. Our operations manager was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery the day before. Our office staff was not up to speed on the details of this clients tight timeline and we underperformed our own expectations and value promise.
