Mike did a quick repair to a light switch that I couldn't replace. The service was quick and he even suggested updating to a fault plug which was in the bathroom. Mike was quick, efficient and courteous.

John provided a complete description of the work. Glynn and Scott were courteous and very attentive to our needs, they worked well together, kept us informed, cleaned up each day and completed the work on schedule. We are very satisfied with the results.

The issues found by Finan Home Services could have caused our family to have a home fire without a doubt.Their technicians were very qualified courtious and repectful to both us and our home. My excellent customer service experience began when I called Finan. The lady that answered the phone was very positive and had a unique and charming greeting (call them, you'll love it!). I described my service requirements and was given a choice of two available appointment time ranges for the day. Mike Kropf arrived right on time; he was friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the task. Prior to beginning service, Mike explained what had to be done and what the fee would be. His work was outstanding, clean and he was highly professional. I will definitely call Finan again for future electrical work. Exceptional customer service.

Mickey, the Finan electrician arrived on time and explained options for the work I wished done in our basement. He gave me the cost up front, and did a great job doing the work. When completed, he tidied up before leaving. I thought that the total cost was reasonable.

What started out as what I thought was going to be a simple change of a fan timer turned out to be almost a nightmare. I turned the main power off on my panel and when I attempted to turn the power back on I found that half my house was without power. After looking on line for help on a Saturday afternoon I called Finan Home Services. John came to home right away since he was in the area and after a short investigation found that my electrical panel was toast and would have to be replaced. We settled on a price and a day to install it. The electrician Mike came to my home at the scheduled time and proceeded to go to work after fully explaining what was going to happen and when my power would be up and running. I was impressed with the precautions he took to keep everyone safe, from the orange cones around his truck to the equipment he used. After he finished installing the new panel he cleaned everything up as if he was never there. I would defiantly recommend Finan for electrical work in the future.

Tony and Milos were amazing! They found the problem right away from a previous renovation and got to fixing it right away. They were polite, friendly, fast and efficient. Furthermore, THEY DID IT RIGHT. They even recommended a company to finish the rest of the repairs to our kitchen from a leak in the pipes! We are chartered members of the Finan swim school and have known them for well over 15 years. We've been dealing with the same nice guy and whenever we have an issue we know he'll do great work and follow through with what he says he's going to do. I've got many contacts in the industry (was part of it myself) but I consistently use them because of their quality work.

I've used them a lot-in a renovation, where I did a whole section of my house, and also in our new home where we're upgrading an older home. What I really like about them is that they get the job done right and it's absolutely guaranteed. If there are any problems they will come back. Their estimate also always matches the bill and they're very reliable as far as billing is concerned. I also really like that their appointments are precise because I'm busy and it's hard to keep me for long periods of time (as some other contractors tend to do with their scheduling). I also appreciate that whenever you call you get a person on the other end. With a lot of companies nowadays you get an answering machine but not with them.
