Finan Home Service

Our furnace humidifier was not working so we had Finan replace it and add an air purifier as well as a thermostat. The Finan guys were professional from beginning to end. They showed up exactly when they said they were going to, which is extremely important to me. Many service providers today are not respectful of client's time, but that was never an issue with Finan. Throughout the process, if we had any questions they were very knowledgeable and even if they didn't know the answer they found out and got back to us very quickly. During the install, they were also very respectful of our home. They put down mats and/or wore shoe covers and cleaned up after themselves before they left. We were very happy with both the product and service. If we need anything in the future we will definitely call Finan. Thanks to the whole team.

Over the years, we have had Finan Home Service three different times for three different electrical problems. As before, the work began with a thorough inspection and discussion of the problem, along with a clear estimate of the cost. The most recent work was to upgrade the wiring in our 150-year-old house. This involved replacing whatever knob and tube there was, along with any ungrounded wire. Mike came along with an assistant each time. They were prompt, professional, very courteous, very respectful, and did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier. Mike ended up doing more than I had expected and did a better job than I ever expected. Given the age of the house, some of areas inside walls with old wiring were very dirty and some of the crawlspaces were, I'm sure, very claustrophobic. They never complained and went on with their work very efficiently and diligently. I knew what it was going to cost upfront and that's exactly what it cost when they finished. No surprises. From estimate to installation Finan Home Service provided A1 service.The two gentlemen who installed the furnace/air conditioner were prompt, professional, efficient, friendly and very respectful.
