Cherry Ridge Inspections

We could not have been more pleased to have used Steve Murphy as our home inspector when buying our first home! As we have never done this before, we searched a few companies on the internet for a company in the St.Catharines, Niagara Region area and decided to give Cherry Ridge Inspections a try. Although we were undecided between two houses and convinced we were going to buy the first one, if it wasn’t for Steve’s thoroughness and amazing attention to detail, we would be living in a money pit. Steve found things we never would have thought to look for and saved us countless dollars in hidden repairs. The second house we looked at ended up being better than we imagined, thanks to Steve’s expertise and know-how. The equipment he used and the detailed report first thing the next morning, really impressed us. Being a young couple, we were so grateful with how patient Steve was when explaining his findings to us and in terms we would understand. As many of our friends our age are getting married and buying houses as well, I have already highly recommended Steve to all of them! Thanks again Steve; we love our new home!
