concern about possible mold issue

We were concerned about a possible issue with our ceiling. We had some dark marks, and called CRS, they had a quick response and suggested a third party to examine and test the concerned area. We had test resukts that were then forwarded to CRS, they came out the following day told us we had an insulation problem that needed replacing and a light coat of paint for the dark spots would be all that was needed. WOW, wonderful people to work with straight and honest.
