Started renovations on my basement kitchen. Pulled up a few 12x12 tiles to uncover 9x9 tiles. I called Canada restorations services and they made an appointment to check everything, test and a free estimate for removal.
Aris - project manager came all the way to my house in rush our traffic, came into the basement and pulled up a few more tiles to uncover that they were actually just cut down to 9x9 and were asbestos free. Big relief to me. Big thumbs up to aris and Canada restoration services for their understanding of my situation. I apologized and he insisted that it was OK and not to worry about it.
Very professional and kind people. Also their email response time is outstanding. Any questions are answered extremely fast.
