We were pleased with the A/C installation by Air Central this summer. Tim explained the options well and didn't try to sell us what we didn't need. Answered all our questions. Left the site clean. Passed the inspection - the inspector smiled all the time as he went through his checklist! We got 3 quotes and Air Central was competitive.

I wanted a garage heater installed before the winter hit, so I asked Air Central for a quote. I was quoted quickly, and an install was offered in about a week, much better than I assumed. Any questions and concerns were answered quickly and adequately, and Air Central even took care of the permit.
The crew arrived, they were polite, explained what they would do, asked where I wanted the controls, and I left them to do their work. The heater was mounted in the corner, all the connections, gas, electricity, venting and mounting were completed clean and proper.
The project finished quicker than expected, cleaned up and took payment via credit card, making it really easy project to complete.

Tim and Shannen were great to deal with! I found them on Kijiji and decided to go with them because of the great reviews I found, competitive prices and great communication.

Install looks great. The price came in 40% less than one of the other guys.

Went to the Homeshow in 2014 and spoke with every air conditioning supplier there and was the most impressed with Tim Kolm of Air Central. He installed my A/C in 2014 and now today replaced my 23 year old furnace. Both jobs were done as you would expect them done by a true professional.

Tim and Mark showed up on time and the install proceeded without a hitch, cleaning up as they went along.

Plastic sheeting was covered over things to keep dust and debris from falling on it.  I saw a broom and a vacuum being used too.

Plywood was placed on the grass to avoid wearing down a trail in it.

Very articulate workmanship and attention to detail.  You can see the pride in what they do.

The products, a TRANE XC95m fully modulating furnace, Trane XL1050 Wifi Thermostat, Honeywell HE150 Humidifier and Hoyme controlled air-flow dampeners. 

All working harmoniously and installed to work right the first time.

Air Central was great - the ease to get a quote from Shannen in the office was flawless and she answered all my questions in a timely manner. The crew arrived on time and were very personable. They asked us how we were finishing the basement before they installed the power lines and hose for the air conditioner. They worked with us on where the best place to put the AC unit outside was as well.

In terms of the garage heater, the service was excellent. Their work is tidy and clean and they explain everything when they were done. Highly recommend Air Central.

According to a competitor my AC unit was in need of a complete replacement at a cost in excess of $5,000.
Tim from Air Central came out to provide an estimate. According to Tim a new unit was not required and he replaced one part (marginal cost) and now my unit is working perfectly. Thanks Tim, I really appreciate your honesty.
