Tim, the owner I believe, came out on short notice to give us a quote. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. While other salesmen had tried to steer us towards products the we did not need in order to pad their commision, Tim made sure to recommend a product that suites both our home and budget and explained why it works best for us.

The install was on the following saturday (only a few days after we got our quote), the installers (I feel bad, I did not write down their names) showed up right on time, were friendly, very professional and took obvious pride in their work. I am a tradesman so it is refreshing to see guys take extra little steps to make sure things not only work as they are supposed to but look neat and tidy as well! That sadly seemsly to be becoming a bit rarer of a thing these days.

Over all we are very satisfied with the whole experience and would absolutely have Air Central come out and do work at our house again in the future!

Stephan, Ryan (I think), and Matt. These guys put a new high efficiency furnace, power hot water tank and air conditioning in my house and a furnace in my garage in one day! To top it off the workmanship was incredible and the service was top notch. They showed up on time and stayed late to finish. Laid out drop mats to protect my carpet and cleaned up after themselves. Can't say enough positive about these guys. Except they deserve a raise!

Our initial contractor was terrible and we lost total confidence in furnace companies. Then we stumbled on Air Central. We initially were about to get a furnace when Tim explained that it would be bes to just repair the circuit board. He very quickly made some calls and was able to get the board almost immediately. He did the repair with no fuss and restored our confidence in the industry.

Air Central did a great job installing my central A/C unit. Their workmanship was very good and the installers very professional.

We did have a problem with our unit after about 3 weeks, we called Air Central and they had someone to our house within a few hours (even though A/C isn't a huge emergency like a furnace is). They fixed it right away with no questions asked and no paperwork required. Haven't had any problems since.

Installer was very professional and helpful explaining all the equipment and features. Left the job area completely cleaned and even had spread sheets for outside work. They met and exceeded our expectations!

Great company to deal with. They aim to please and do quality work! I had a couple different companies come to give me quotes but none compared to Tim's. He gave me multiple options and when I asked about what the other guys called "options" he said that's already included. Shannen even called and researched the provincial grants for me as I had three furnaces to replace. Being that there were three plus a hot water tank the install was multiple days (during the winter). The staff ensured we had proper heat, we didn't even notice them being there, and on top of that they were tidy. I highly recommend Tim and his staff...which I have done on numerous occassions already.

We went to the home show and talked to a few different companies. We had a couple different quotes but in the end we chose Air central because Tim is very personable.

My wife and I had purchased a 2000 sqft bungalow and were in the process of renovating it all before we moved in. We asked Tim to explain a few options and he did. He's very educated in this field and I trusted his opinion. We absolutely love our new furnace and AC. We had an issue in the winter but they made it a priority to come and rectify the issue. I would use them again for any future heating needs. I wish more companies cared like Air Central.

Bought a never used garage heater that looks the same as a new $1000 one. Paid $275 off Kijiji and then saw Air Centrals ad on Kijiji and had them out for a quote , Tim was personable " a nice guy", he had same price as other companies. Because I had so many other companies out, I started to confuse what and how exactly I believed the job would be finished and through the process I made comment to what I expected and he said "You Assume Alot" The quality of the 50 feet of HARDLINE gas line looks good, I thought more of it was going to be hidden inside the walls(the reason I paid more for hard pipe). Tim came out to trouble shoot the furnace after the installers couldn't get it going- it would cycle but no heat. He replaced the circuit board for $250- It heats fine now. I don't like how noisy the mounting system is that they used- most guys I talked to said they'd put an L bracket on both sides and mount to the ceiling. TIM's install uses a pair of rods and track install that vibrates and buzzes alot when the unit is blowing heat.

I then got a new $300 furnace from a buddy and asked for a furnace swap quote and to install the 10 year old furnace from my basement into a loft space and add new dusting. Tim's quote was around $4400- I told him that price didn't seem right to me after just paying $1500 for one furnace that needed $800- $1000 of gas line depending who you talk to. I called another furnace installer off Kijiji and they quoted me half at $2200 and proposed even more metal work that Tim's quote included.
I like Tim and the team, I'd recommend them.

I found Air Central on Kijiji. They were one of 4 companies that I contacted for estimates to replace two old furnaces with high efficiency furnaces. I found Tim Kolm who is the owner and did the estimate to be very personable and explained the installation process very well. His price was very fair. Installation was done by John and Jason and they were very good as well. I spotted a couple of problems with the install and John fixed them immediately. Pride in workmanship was very evident.
Update - city inspector came by on Dec 19. He was impressed by the installation and said the quality of work was very good.
