Dishonest at best. They charged for something they can't fix. They fixed one of two problems known that the second could not be because the motherboard is no longer manufactured. They claimed that they fixed everything must when I tried the washer after they left, the spin cycle still did not work. They tried to tell me that I worked when I was sitting in front assessing their claim
Contacted another company and they verified my what I had told. The in other company said that Metro ought to have known that the machine was not fixable and that they just ripped me off.
I call Metro and they said they would call back but never. After calling them again and getting through, the lady gave me some bogus reason for failing to honour her callback promise.
They made a non genuine offer to come out possibly to get more money for coming out again because if they were honest, there would be no needed to.
Also, they charged me $60 for a $5 part.
