Straight off the bat, was very impressed by Matt at Maytag Metro who took the time to ask questions and research and thereby, corrected me on the right part number for our oven door replacement. Ryan carried out the diagnostic and installation very professionally, allaying anxiety as we had ready online reviews about how challenging it could be to undertake a replacement. Excellent turnaround by Bosch on the part replacement, great coordination by Mathew and pro installation by Ryan.
