We had some water damage from the large rain in July and had an internal sump pump system put in. I then needed to finish the room. I heard about Rob from a neighbour and decided to give him a call. He responded right away and provided a quote that was within my budget. I referenced him on Homestars and saw nothing but good things. I can say I 100% agree. The crew was amazing and did a fantastic job. There was one timing issue but he was forthcoming and made sure we were back on schedule. In the end, we were delayed 2 days but overall well ahead of my expectations on when the job could be done. We are so please with the results. I have already started referring Rob and will not hesitate to reach out and use him again in the future.

Thank you for your review martin it is greatly appreciated! As well as all the referrals that you are providing for me! When it comes to a basement, framing and drywalling is one of the quickest to do, the time delay will be in the taping. Junior as you all know by now, an amazing taper, can put 2 coats of taping compund onto a job, however, the humidity that comes off the plaster, makes the job that much more damp and causes the plaster to set slower. If you have a painted surface it does not allow the compound to breathe therefore takes even longer to dry. In saying that for any future projects just remember drytime is your delay.
