We contracted Darryl to plan and organize the completion of our home renovation based on the comprehensive approach he proposed. After a month and a half Darryl delivered what was to be his comprehensive plan, which amounted to no more than a basic, incomplete quote. He didn’t deliver on a great number of the terms of our contract. Despite that we were all but committed to working with him through the fulfillment of his (now unusable) project plan, we were forced to walk away. In the end, Darryl was unprofessional, under-informed, and dishonorable. If you have doubts and haven’t signed a deal, do yourself a favour and walk away.
