I hired this company to fill in my pool in June 2016. The work was completed by a few young guys and the owner never came on site. The pool was filled in and within a few weeks we noticed considerable settling in what was the deep end. I called Allan, the owner, and he said that this was normal and they would be out to address the issue. They never came and by the fall he said by email that his equipment was broken and it would have to wait until next year. It has been nearly five years and my emails about this issue which includes a six to eight inch depression in the deep end and also the fact that the workers didn't remove the sand around the edge of the deep end of pool so grass doesn't grow there are ignored by the company. It doesn't seem like they have any intention of honouring the warranty they give you. I wouldn't hire these guys again. Very poor post completion service.
