There was a home maintenance plan in place with some plumbing company, yet the homeowner went through several sewer backups, and paid a lot for services. Understanding that proper diagnostics needed to happen, he decided to get to the root cause of this issue... And it literally turned out to be a ROOT cause! Our drain camera inspection confirms tree roots grown into the drain pipe.
We have replaced the drain system, installed back water valve, and helped to apply for the city rebate. I can confidently say that sewer backup threat went away.
