Terrible experience. Ordered 1/2 cord cedar 1/2 birch separately. Came mixed. Hannah was pretty unpleasant when I questioned her about it. There was so much bark and debris that I had to dig for the wood. Swept up 7 contractor bags full. I wanted wood not garbage. Called the office. They said they would come to help get rid of it. Nothing. Waste of money but most importantly my time. Don’t bother.

Renee, hopefully we solved everything for you after our emails and discussions. As discussed, all bulk firewood deliveries are loaded by machine (therefore, less expensive) than totes (hand loaded). It's rare to have that much debris but I'm glad Shawn was able to stop by after his deliveries to help...he said you had a good chat.
