Left our house with cheque in hand. I only discovered after he left that the heater face panel was left disconnected and exposed to the elements. Didn't even connect the drain hose. He also left the power to the pump on and it was pumping air for hours till I discovered it. Wouldn't even reply to messages left to come back and finish the job. But he was quick to cash the cheque! Don't use these folks; lots of smiles (till they screw up) but clearly this business is just a money grab for them. They are not to be trusted.
