I was preparing my house for sale and had a crew from Costa come over to ensure the window caulking on the outside was fit for purpose.
I thought for the great price we agreed on that they would do a quick but adequate job. Boy was I wrong. They did an AMAZING! Job.
They removed all the old caulking from every window & door for the entire house, and this is a big house! They had a crew of 6 and took only 4.5 Hours to do everything. The inspector who came to inspect my home pointed out how good great the caulking on the house was..
Small touches, like fixing small imperfections in mortar for bricks etc were also attended to, without even asking.
I cannot thank David and the team at Costa enough, one of the best interactions I have had with a service in years.
