Nick's Small Engine Service

I felt ripped off.
I took a engine driven pressure washer in. I told the guy it runs but water wont come out and its probably the valve needing replacement. He said let me see so I started it up and demonstrated.
He said pay $40 and they would check it out. I got a phone call from Nick himself said that it starts fine and he didnt know why I brought it in so I explained it to him with the whole story about the previous demonstration to his staff member. He said they dont fix pressure washer components, just the engines. I told him I explained all of this to his staff member and therefore he should return my money. He said no. He wasnt giving me my money back because they looked at it. Asked me if I wanted him to scrap it for me.
