April 20 got a response from Aimee indicating the Locates would be taken care of by Masterpost. Scheduled the work to be done May 3rd, 2014 (11am - 2pm). Masterpost did not show up, and had no explanation or apology (took day off work). Re-scheduled for Tuesday May 6, 2014, the crew arrived at 8am and told me the Locates were not done. They obviously knew that they take care of that, could not do work again. I asked them about May 3rd not showing up, he looked surprised, obviously lack of communication. No apology. They got the Locates done on May 6. They showed up 8am on May 7 and completed the job. No discount at all for there mistakes, but more importantly no apology. Looks like they did a good job, but did not clean up at all. Regret buying them coffee. Poor Customer Service.
