Master Post Hole

I scheduled a small job of 8 post holes. After several emails and confusion on which date, they didn't even show up. They refuse to respond to my emails and phone calls to follow up as to what happened. Either they're out of business or on their way if this is how they treat customers. Very unprofessional and such a waste of my time.

Hired to drill 80 plus holes in a new sub in Hamilton area. Very pleased with Master Post Hole! The also drilled some sono tubes for some deck footings. Inspector came holes perfect was able to build the next day. Very pleased with Master Post Hole

Would recommend Master Post Holes for any work that needs to be done. Aimee kept us up to date on when things would happen and the guys when they came were courteous and helpful.

Just had my posts put in today. My posts are perfectly straight and level. The crew was great and very efficient. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking posts give this company a call!!

April 20 got a response from Aimee indicating the Locates would be taken care of by Masterpost. Scheduled the work to be done May 3rd, 2014 (11am - 2pm). Masterpost did not show up, and had no explanation or apology (took day off work). Re-scheduled for Tuesday May 6, 2014, the crew arrived at 8am and told me the Locates were not done. They obviously knew that they take care of that, could not do work again. I asked them about May 3rd not showing up, he looked surprised, obviously lack of communication. No apology. They got the Locates done on May 6. They showed up 8am on May 7 and completed the job. No discount at all for there mistakes, but more importantly no apology. Looks like they did a good job, but did not clean up at all. Regret buying them coffee. Poor Customer Service.

Great Service, had 15, 10 inch sono tubes installed in Paris Ontario. Nobody else would call us back! Hired other companies, no shows... these guys helped with the building inspector, it they worked hard levelling all the deck posts... I was amazed on how efficient these guys are, you want the best hire Master Post Hole they are Perfect From the Ground Up! I will recommend to everyone! Thank-you Master Post Hole!

Loved this company, the came out set a large amount of holes, everything was straight. Helped with deck footing locations and just a great company to deal with. Aimee helped with lumber suggestions and took care of the locates. Very happy, great customer service wil refer again!

The sent a crew to install a large number of fence posts a few weeks back. Crew was great helped us all with our gates and some marking issues. The posts are set straight could not be any happier. They drilled 4 feet and nearly 4 feet of concrete, most companies cheap out these guys did not. Very helpful and friendly and they do warranty their work.

The other comment about leaning posts in the meadowlands areas, lived in the area before some issues with water and drainage. Not because the posts not set right because of ground and water issues!

I give these guys a 10... they also worked for a friend of mine and they are very pleased with Master Post Hole!! A+
