From the moment I walked through their doors, I was felt a genuine and warm reception. Whether we dealt with Ben, Jeannie or Sanket, each one of them was friendly and professional. There are other flooring places around so the difference for us was their passion for serving the individual needs of each customer. Ben and Sanket remembered us even after the first visit! Makes you feel like they really care about you as a person. Ben went above and beyond to get the job done to our unique needs while we were undergoing whole-house renovations! They were dependable, on schedule and on budget. They even placed a follow up call to see if we were satisfied. It was a pleasure to work with.
