Tub looks fantastic but issue with non slip to be added not done
properly and tub extremely slippery. Only solution is to redo it
and the thought of the smell for 3 more days not agreeable.to me.
I was credited immediately but not happy with the dangerous
aftermath.

Our no slip system is mixed in with the primer coats and then the top coats are sprayed over it to prevent the no slip floor from feeling too rough or gritty. There is a fine line between covering the no slip with topcoat to make it shiny and not-too-rough, and spraying a bit too much so that you cannot even feel it. The latter is what happened.
I'm not sure why the smell stayed for 3 days, but we did offer you a full redo free of charge. We have also provided other solutions to deal with the no slip. Of course, we have credited back your money for the no slip.
