- They provided an itemized quote; having a quote broken down by room not only allowed us the option to opt in/out of any work but gave us confidence by their transparency
- The written itemized quotation arrived the same day that they assessed the job
- The pricing was excellent
- Coady & Adam started the following week; no lag and they lived up to their commitment to start when they said they would
- The quality of their work is excellent
- They kept the house spotless
- They used quality paints with no unexpected, “Oh you want Benjamin Moore, that will cost you extra”.
- We asked for a few extras to be painted and their pricing was consistent with their original quote, i.e., absolutely no price gouging
- When the painting of the porch had to be delayed due to weather, they returned the following week, i.e., no skipping off to another job because we had already paid them 80% of the total cost
- Their communication was always professional, timely and courteous
- Because both Coady & Adam are good people that are committed to their profession
