I belong to a professional real estate investment organization called REIN (Real Estate Investment Network) and was strongly recommended to contact Haverkate and Associates when I suspected mold in a basement unit. Frank and Marnie were very nice and the reports we got were very helpful and professional! We were unaware of the situation and the inspection of the unit, testing, thorough analysis and reports helped us understand exactly what needs to be done to resolve the mold issue.
