Mehmet recently installed a Rinnai tankless water heater in my house. His proficiency in plumbing, gas fitting and venting all came together seamlessly. His eye for detail and experience led him to questioned the capacity of the existing gas supply, so he referred to a gas manual and did some calculations to confirm that there would not be sufficient gas to run all of the appliances at the same time. Mehmet arranged for Fortis Gas to install a higher capacity meter and regulator on the same day as the tankless installation to minimize interruption. In addition, he noticed that there was no pressure regulator on my water service, tested the pressure which turned out to be 50% higher than recommended, and installed a pressure regulator to protect my appliances and the new water heater. Mehmet also arranged for the City of Vancouver inspection, and all is good. Now thats full service!

When our 31 year old John Wood gas fired water heater finally reached it's end of life Mehmet came to the rescue. We know it was not easy for him to move his schedule around, but he did. We had our original 1980's boiler replaced and our Rinnai on demand hot water replaced with a new Rinnai combi unit. Mehmets works was exceptional.
