Efficient, Competent and Caring
Primarily I needed the furnace B-Vent cleaned out after a required Combustion Fan Assembly replacement and decided to get furnace ducts and dryer vent done at same time. Hot Pepper was recommended by my furnace company. Cliff answered my online booking very promptly and was honest in his price quote. I was very concerned about debris from the B-Vent falling back into this brand new fan but Lead Hand Yuri was very reassuring and explained/showed how that wasn't going to happen. I was also concerned that the plastic dryer vent cap on the outside wall of the house could easily be broken but again, Yuri was reassuring and careful. He and assistant Arsen were efficient, careful with hoses and tubes snaking throughout the house and very thorough. Cliff followed up the next morning to ensure I was satisfied. Which I am - very much so!!!
