Mark arrived on time to provide the quote. The deposit was reasonable and in line with the cost raw materials required to start the work. Communication before the installation was easy, he replied to emails and phone messages quickly. He arrived on time to start work on the day of installation. He did some clever things I wouldn't have thought of like prioritizing the fridge circuit and rooms I needed electricity for other work on the home that day.
Mark is very courteous and thoughtful, he offered to help me if I ran into problems with other home improvements I was working on that day (I'm not very handy). Check out his website and blog, some interesting stuff there.
