I am very pleased with the fast and reliable service of Five Star Painitng. I had a condo that I had recently purchased and wished to paint before my moving in. Five Star gave me a very good quote and met my deadline. The work was very professional clean and done as per the time commitment.

Five Star came across as the most professional of all the contractors that I took an estimate from. It was very pleasant meeting with Sohail and he gave me an in depth consultation on what I needed for my painting project. The package included a free color consultation. I was reluctant initially to take the consultation because I had some colors selected already and instead asked for a discount. Sohail was very firm that he provides this service free of charge with the purpose of making sure that the client is satisfied at the end. It was good that I ended up taking the consultation because I discarded all of my previously chosen colors when Pascal showed me how the colors that I had chosen would not create the mood that I was planning to create around my condo. The painting job itself was great. I was handed my condo in just a day. The paint chosen provided a nice finish as promised and the apartment looked beautiful. I am very thankful to Sohail for his efforts.

I am very happy with the service provided by fivestar. Although I had a small job I was provided a great deal of attention. The contractor and his crew delivered on all that I was promised. I have already recommended them to someone at work. The people were very courteous and decent.

My husband and I recently purchased our new home. I was not happy with the color scheme that we found around the house. Most of the colors were strong and outdated. We decide to arrange for a few painting quotes. Five star was the most prompt in responding to our requests and the most professional in terms of their presentation. Initially we held the project for a couple of weeks to figure out the budgeting but when we did we decided to go with Sohail. He sent Pascal to give us a free color consultation, which proved to be hugely helpful. The crew was very cooperative and polite and really good at their work. They finished our entire house in two days which was amazing. In the end they did not leave until we were satisfied with all aspects of the job and did a thorough cleanup. I had heard from people about contractors providing a headache, it as not certainly the case with me.

Easiiy the best experience on my current project. I had some other contracting work going on in my house. Five star were the only ones who finished it as per the committed time without causing me any headaches. Very committed and responsive wit great prices and service.

The sales person who provided the quote was very professional and did a great job explaining the work to be done and our options.
The painters did a good job, but it could have been better. My biggest issue is that they spray painted some cabinets and french doors but they used flat paint instead of semi-gloss. I had to point out the mistake to them and force them to paint them semi-gloss, but they then used brushes and the finish wasn't nearly as good. There are brush marks and paint drips. There were also lots of paint drips on the floor, so they clearly didn't use enough drop cloths. Some of the areas they painted also seem to be a bit thin and probably needed another coat. Overall, a good job but not a great job.

In September Five Star Painting painted the exterior of my home including the deck. Several days after the deck had been painted the paint began to peel. After several attempts to rectify the issue 5 star refunded me for the cost of painting the deck.

I have found Fivestar to be a step ahead of the regular contractors at every step. For a starter a live attendant on the first few rings attended my call. Jenny was very polite and helpful over the phone and scheduled an estimate for me right away at a time of my convenience. I met Sohail and he spent a considerable deal of time with me and provided me with an in depth knowledge of what I needed to do to plan the project and what to expect out of it. He arranged for a color consultation session for me to make sure that I be happy with the color choices that I make. I must say that it did make a huge difference for me. My job was again scheduled to suit a time of my choice and I was committed to be handed over my house in just two days which is incredible. The painters were very skilled and above all very polite and responsive. I would say that I am pickier than others but they responded to my every request. During the process a customer representative maintained contact with me to make sure that things were fine by me. All in all a great job and a very good experience.
