Hi Jian, thanks for the review. Delivery into a basement is always tricky, specially with drywall due to the size and how fragile it is. Our experienced delivery personnel always due their best to minimize damage to the home and product.

As for pricing our Price Guarantee ensures our customer are getting the best price in the market for CGC products and carry in service. Home Depot's pick up price is less then our delivery price but when one compares both delivery services (carry-in service), 1-800 Drywall come in less. (Guaranteed!)

Rob, thanks for the several orders. Next day delivery has been out motto and we have always succeed on that but the odd occasion we have to many orders in the morning delivery window (7am-12pm) and we have to move delivery to afternoon. We do our best to proivde the customer with as much notice as possible if this is were to happen.

Rain, the toughest weather element we deal with. Our delivery teams do there utmost to make sure the drywall is covered (tarped) but it still can get a little wet. The best thing about drywall is if it does get slightly wet, if one leaves it dry it goes back to its original state, as if nothing happened. Thanks John for allowing it to dry and I am glad it worked out for you.

Damaged boards definitely can happen, when it does it is our responsibility to make sure they are replaced and you can carry on with your project. When ordering one can always receive the $25 rebate for just placing the order online.

No damage is the key to any delivery service. Not to say it cannot happen but we pride ourselves on having delivery teams that are experienced and know what they are doing to eliminate as much damage as possible. It is also helpful knowing what type of delivery we are facing as then we can come best prepared with enough member's for the delivery team.

What often helps is when the customer advises us where they want their drywall located in the home, often separated in different rooms. This allows our delivery teams to load the drywall in a certain way to make the delivery easier and the customer happier.
