Based on the complexity of the project, we often help customers determine their product needs and quantities. I am glad Pete was able to see the value in our service.
We had not responded to this review earlier as we took every attempt to reach out to this customer to be able to obtain the facts of which the review is based on. The customer never returned our calls or emails so we were left defenseless as all our documentation including the paid invoice does not support or align with the complaint. We are still left puzzled with the review but will move forward and trust Homestar's readers will see this is an inaccurate review and base their decision to use 1-800 Drywall on ALL the other reviews we have received.
Appreciate your feedback Ross. Often the drywall will get nicked or edges may get scraped due to the tightness of the delivery area. If that is not the case then the drywall should not have been in the shape described and we would replace it or provide some sort of compensation.

Charlie, I am glad it is still standing and I am sure it will for many years to come. It is great to be able to provide basement delivery by professional delivery teams as it makes a big difference when someone knows what they are doing. If they do not, home owners often experience unnecessary damage to their walls, ceiling, etc.
Majority of our drywall delivery is CGC Sheetrock Drywall, same product you would find in Home Depot. CGC is recognized as one of the best manufactures of quality gypsum in the world and 1-800 Drywall is proud to carry it.
This customer was not the first one that has asked us to open for weekend delivers, we listened and by mid-November, we will start Saturday deliveries in Alberta and Saskatoon, with more locations to follow.
Eoin, your future referrals will be treated in the same manner you were treated. Out delivery teams work very hard and often do not get recognized for the great job they do, in this case thank-you for acknowledging them.
At anytime we are at fault and the product is broken or not in satisfactory condition, we will replace it the same day or next. The tricky part of drywall delivery is the product is very easily damaged but our trained delivery teams do an exceptional job making sure we delivery the product and meet your needs at all times.
