When I first started looking for quotes to re-caulk all our windows and doors, Michael actually took the time to respond to me while he was away on vacation and after some back and forth we set up a time for him to come by and quote upon his return.
Michael was on time and provided both a great quote and actually spent time walking me through everything they were going to do for us which I greatly appreciated. This included properly insulating the windows prior to the re-caulking and also sealing pretty much everything protruding from the house.
On the scheduled day the weather wasn't going to cooperating so Michael let me know the day before that it would be best to move out to the following day and was then very flexible in working around my available times that day which made the whole experience painless for me. When the time came to deliver the work, Michael showed up with his team and did a fantastic job. The attention to detail seeing these guys meticulously scalping everything to be clean and smooth lines was intense, I'm very happy to say that I have the best looking windows in my neighborhood and would recommend Michael and his team to everybody.
