Need to improve upon finishing
I recently had Gold Seal Caulking to do my entire exterior house. There were two guys who completed the with in about 4 hours. While they were efficient the quality of their work was a bit questionable. Poor workmanship can be noticed through the attached picture.

Hi Zia! Thank you for your review. Regarding the image in question, since it is a basement window it's rather impossible to provide as straight of a finish as we do with a main floor or upper floor window,. The basement windows sit flush to the concrete and do not provide us any opportunity to give it the clean angle finish as we do on all the other windows. Had you mentioned this to me I would of gladly explained this reasoning for this. It's no different then what any other company would of been able to do in this scenario.
