Michael from Gold Seal Caulking was quick to respond to our initial email request to provide us with a quote to re-caulk all our exterior windows (21). Once Michael came to the house to view the work that needed to be done, he actually reduced his price! He was very informative with any questions we asked and fully explained the work they were prepared to do and the products they were going to use.
The quality of work done by his crew was excellent and they finished the job in one day, including clean-up ... I was impressed. Gold Seal Caulking also re-caulked all our vents, pipes and 2 front column bases at no additional charge.
