These guys were by far the best company I have ever dealt with. It started with Mike who came over and gave me a quote on recaulking my exterior. Mike was meticulous and detailed. He explained how the caulking would enhance the energy efficiency of my home. Not only was his quote better than the two other quotes, but his expertise was by far superior in that he explained step by step what he was going to do. In fact Mike brought up other concerns that the other contractors overlooked or did not explain. Gold Seal Caulking was prompt, When they said they would be there they were there on time as promised.
Gold Seal had three workers who worked non stop to get all the old caulking out. They cleaned all the surfaces and reapplied a great high grade caulking. They worked non stop in one of the hottest days of the year. Gold Seal cleaned up everything and were top notch in my books.
I am extremely happy with this company. If you want caulking done these are the only guys to call. Excellent company and excellent service.

After getting several estimates we selected Gold Seal Caulking and we were not disappointed. Michael (the owner) was great from start to finish. He was very easily reached by email and maintained excellent communication. This works well for me as i am not always able to talk on the phone.

I don't usually write reviews, but thought that I should add to the compliments on this company. Estimate was easy to set up and Gord arrived on time. He explained the process and the materials in detail. Pricing was quite reasonable. Like most people, I don't mind paying for good quality work and Gold Seal delivers on all levels. The team is professional, friendly and speedy. Michael confirmed our appointment a day prior to arrival. The team arrived on time in the morning and they were done our home (with a number of 2nd storey windows) by mid afternoon. They even came back a week later to do some extra work. Most importantly, I can't believe how great the work looks. The flexible silicone is such a step up from the rock-hard cracked caulking that has been on there since the house was built. Highly recommend this company.

We had Michael caulk our home, After dealing with another company who was quoting way over normal prices, giving us excuses why the costs would be so high, it was a pleasure dealing with Michael. He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and was in-touch with us every step of the way. The workers were also very friendly, and everything was handled in a timely manner, on schedule. They cleaned up well, where you could not tell they were even there. The price is very fair, since we have a 3500 sq ft home with lots of big windows. I found Gold Seal through Homestars and originally had them recaulk my windows and doors prior to listing my house on the market. Mike and his team did an exceptional job and in -10 degree weather.
