This company really goes above and beyond in terms of service. They caulked our house about 3 years ago. It was a very smooth and easy experience from beginning to end. Michael is very pleasant and professional to deal with. Recently we replaced our front door and Gold Seal's caulking had to be removed. We really missed the nice neat bead of caulking that we had before. We contacted Gold Seal and asked if they would come back and caulk the new front door. Not only did Michael drive out of his way to come and caulk the door, he refused payment for it. Also, the caulking that Gold Seal did for us 3 years ago still looks as fresh and nice as it did when it was new. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and neighbours.

I recently had Gold Seal Caulking to do my entire exterior house. There were two guys who completed the with in about 4 hours. While they were efficient the quality of their work was a bit questionable. Poor workmanship can be noticed through the attached picture.

I contacted the owner Michael last week and he came out on Sunday to give me a quote. He followed up the quote in writing outlining exactly what would be done.

Michael and his team arrived today Friday, they were on time, and they stripped out the old caulking, resealed the exterior windows, doors, and outlets. They are very polite, professional, and they cleaned up the old caulking. Michael is experienced, and he takes the time to explain his work. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I Read most review's on here and did not hesitate to call Mike and I received a prompt reply back, Mike was very informative and knew exactly what he was talking about in regards to the exterior caulking request that I had for my home, Mike and his crew finished the Job very efficiently and professionally. Job was professional and of excellent quality which I expected and Michael was easily reached with any questions. Excellent price and service. I will be using them again in the summer to re-caulk pool coping.

As their ability to do the work is very weather related, they regularly kept me updated if the job date was threatened.

Back in 2014 I looked for a company to re-do the entire house caulking. I got some offers, and based on the homestar reviews I chose Gold Seal Caulking. Mike with his colleague came over, and did a great job. The garage door was not included at the begining, and they did it for me at the end without any extra charge.
Very good crew, professional, finished in about 5-6 hours. This year one of my neighbors across the street wanted to do the caulking too, and I recommended Gold Seal Caulking.

Yes, you might find people doing the caulking for less, but beware, you get what you pay for. It was great dealing with this company.
