The crew at Braymore are all very capable, very professional, and very friendly. They delivered a swim spa and hot tub through a very tight space through my neighbors driveway and over the fence to my backyard, which required no small amount of finesse as there were only a couple feet of clearance max.
The crew accidentally broke my neighbors umbrella stand, which was partially hidden under the snow, and I only mention it here because Greg (the boss) was extremely apologetic and immediately comped us the estimated value of the stand to pay for a replacement, which shows how caring and professional the company is. Accidents happen, and Greg handled it with pure class. No arguing or hassling, and it was clear that Greg and his crew take great pride in their work. My neighbors are happy.
I would 100% use Braymore again.
