Braymore Piano Movers, Crane Service & Storage

We called Braymore to move an upright piano from my parents home to our home. It had been in their basement for many years. We booked a prompt date with Sonia and Lance and his team (Kabi & Jason) arrived as promised. They were very careful and knowledgeable in moving the piano up the stairs and out a side door. Their service was friendly and thorough.

My piano was installed by Richard, Tim and Sandell. These gentlemen were professional, knowledgable and respectful. They made it easy and stress free. I would recommend them and the company to everyone. They have my highest endorsement

Braymore moved a piano from my friends apartment into my parents home this past week, and boy, did they make it look easy. Kahlil, Shemiah and Josh were very friendly, professional and efficient. They took special care with the piano and also with the new flooring, which I know my Mother was relieved to see. The whole experience was painless and it was nice to see people do their work so well. The person I set up the appointment with over the phone was very courteous and informative. We hired Braymore to move our upright piano from a very tight situation in a downtown home to a home in the west end. We were very pleased with their professionalism.

We had a very heavy sofabed and arm chair that needed to be hoisted to the 3rd floor of an old riverdale home. Braymore gave me a courtesy call in the morning to let me know when I could expect them. Overall prompt, friendly & efficient service. I would highly recommend Braymore, and only Braymore for a hoist. They have the expertise & equipment to do this safely.

A+++. This was the easiest piano move I have ever witnessed (I've seen plenty - I am a professional musician and have had to have instruments and equipment moved often).

Why was it so easy? These guys knew what they were doing: there was not one single wasted word from the man in charge giving direction to his crew; everyone knew his role in the process; everyone knew what to do and how to do it.

They were friendly, polite, reassuring, and every step of the way explained to us what was happening.

The crew arrived early in the specified time window, were quick, efficient, clean and polite and were very careful of our piano - a hundred-year-old Heintzman A that belonged to my mother as a child; of no particular value except to us - treating it as if it were a Bosendorfer grand. Good work.

Choosing a company to move a valued piece of furniture with care was important for us. Not to mention we were moving it from Toronto to Stouffville and looking for a reasonable price. Braymore was the BEST choice for sure!
