Braymore Piano Movers, Crane Service & Storage

We booked piano moving with Greg. He answered all our questions and was extremely impressed with his friendliness, professionalism and extensive knowledge of piano. He made sure our piano was moved safely to our new home. I would definitely use their service again.

Braymore moved a large piano from my home to their storage facility a couple months ago and they did a great job. The process was quick and easy and there were absolutely no problems. I recently spoke to a jazz pianist and mentioned I'd used Braymore and he said he had also used them in the past with great results, so I know they're a solid, reputable company. I would absolutely recommend these guys to friends and family.

Braymore was actually contracted by a consumer electronics retailer friend of mine to move some extremely heavy boxes containing large stereo speakers into the basement of my home. I really can't say enough great things about the Braymore movers — they were polite, efficient, quick, and overall, just did a wonderful and stunning job. I have no hesitation whatsoever in giving them 10 stars.

I hired Braymore to move a historic piano from my condo to my son’s house some 85 km away. The office staff was pleasant and efficient. The movers arrived at both places within the committed time, were friendly, courteous , cautious, efficient, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour. Neither the piano nor the delicate floors were marked by the move!!

I booked the move with Greg then dealt with Sonia in the office. She's eternally patient and highly organized. The office knows at all times where each of their fleet of trucks are via GPS. This makes updates - particularly for long distance moves which this one was - easy and precise. We chose to spread the move over three days. On the last day we added a little side move. They accommodated our request. Braymore sent the same crew for the three days which was nice. Josh and Kabi were punctual, polite, focused and quick. They were professionally dressed in shirts and jackets with the company name and logo. Braymore is known for delicate specialty moves. This move was anything but. Three truckloads of metal furniture from Toronto to Niagara Falls. Nice to know they excel at this type of work as well. I highly recommend getting a quote from this company for any type of move. I definitely will use them again in the future.

I was very pleased with Braymore crew consisting of Richard, Kahlil and Tim. They were methodical, meticulous and respectful while moving the massive Lowrey organ out of my basement. They used pads and runners so nothing would get damaged. I would recommend this crew and Braymore to anyone looking to move a piano or organ.

I contacted Braymore to move a very large and very valuable French Antique Armoire into my third floor condo. Greg was great, answered all of my questions and provided me with everything I needed for the condo corporation to allow the move. They were very professional and took great care in seeing the piece was delivered safely. The entire process only took half an hour. I was very impressed and will definitely be calling Braymore to help me with this again in the future!

We've moved homes 4 times in the last 5 years. (Unlucky us!) We used Braymore to move our upright grand piano each time. The doorways & staircases to each home are difficult to navigate at the best of times, but the movers were able to quickly move the pianos in with ease without damaging the home or piano. The movers were friendly and on-time. (Though the company won't book a precise time, they give you a 3-hour window). I would hire them again.

I hired Braymore to move a baby grand to another residence and I was very happy with their service. They came on time, were speedy getting the piano packed up and delivered it right away to the correct destination. They set it up properly at the other end and everyone was happy.
