I had drainage problems due to poorly planned gutters and downspouts. Novak simplified and corrected the system and incorporated the two rain barrels I wanted. Furthermore the gutters now have a leaf guard - no more hiring a person each year to clean! Novak prepared plans, we reviewed and talked, and then he and his crew did it in one day. Novak is just a really good guy. Showed up on a Sunday to look at the area that needed to be repaired. Struggled to find a good colour match but finally found the right material. Completed the job within a few days. Great job overall!!! We are planning to replace our roof within the next year or two. Had asked him about adding leaf guards to our eves this summer. Rather than taking our money, he suggested waiting until the roof job was completed to preserve the integrity of the leaf guards. Don't see that much anymore. Enough said.

I spent a long time doing my research for this project. In the end, I requested quotes from 6 companies. 2 never showed up. The next guy wrote a price down on his business card with no details, outline or breakdown. One company quoted a price 3x the going rate. Another quoted a price that wouldn't even cover the cost of materials. Novak Aluminum was the only one that submitted a detailed quote with full breakdown. The price was fair and I knew immediately after speaking with them that they were knowledgeable and trustworthy. The job was perfect, and they checked with me at every step when there were decisions to be made. Great guys, great work and a great experience all around. Strongly recommended.
