In Awe Roofing

Got my roof shingles replaced by In Awe after speaking and meeting with owner Rick a couple times where I felt his sincerity and passion. During the project everyone from In Awe Roofing including Rick, Stephen, Nicole and the crew have been very friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends!

In Awe Roofing made a stressful service call and repairs a breeze. Ronnie came by and went up on the roof and assessed the situation. Took photos and explained options to us and at no point tried to pressure us into doing something that might not need to be done. Sometimes hard to make roof repair decisions unless you crawl up and take a look yourself. Kudos to Nicole, Rick and Ronnie for making our roof experience with them a positive experience. Pricing was good, they returned calls and answered our questions and showed up when they said they would. Would highly recommend this company for any roofing issues.

I have done two jobs with Inawe Roofing and they have provided excellent service all along the way. From doing a site survey, providing a quote, scheduling the work and billing they have done everything in a timely manner and have been very responsive and professional. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

My roof required repair or complete renew. I was given both options but it made more sense to replace the entire roof. The quote was competitive but because the owner gave me the peace of mind, they won the contract. With all the promises given, this company exceeded my expectations. Easy to work with and very complying ensuring that I remained happy. It was a big roof, so a big job, but the team worked quickly and effectively, cleaning up every day. I am truly happy for the work they did and the team was pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They were fast and efficient I was give a couple of choices. Stephen took the time to explain them and their cost and advantages and disadvantages and felt no pressure to pick either one.

No Job too small!
I was replacing my bathroom ceiling fan that vented out through the roof of my house. Due to the size of my ducting, I needed to replace the existing roof vent for a larger one. I didn’t want to risk leaks in my aging roof, so I decided to search for professionals to do the job. After looking at some reviews for roof contractors, I liked what I read about IN AWE ROOFING and contacted them to see if they would take on a relatively small job. After contacting them by email via their website, I received a prompt reply informing me that they would be happy to help me out. Soon after I received a phone call and was provided with a fair quote. A day later I had two men promptly arrive at my home at the prearranged time. They were polite, professional and explained the details of the work they would perform. The job was completed in a timely fashion and they also provided a free inspection of my roof.

The home we built 22 years ago was due for a new roof. I contacted established roofing contractors but found the follow-up provided to be lacking.

I checked Rick's on line reviews and was impressed. However, I was most impressed by his professional response to a single negative post. Rick's response demonstrated his pride in his company and his commitment to his clients.

My choice to have Rick and his team replace my roof was the right decision. Before, during and after the project, the communication was outstanding. The crew on site was very professional, friendly and did excellent work.

In Awe roofing assessed our roof and found some issues that were causing leakage. They were able to fix the minor issue the day I called them. They also took the time to take pictures of the issues before they did anything and explain the problems. I would definitely recommend them to friends.
