I had a booking with an alternative company... two weeks in a row they cancelled due to a) a sick dog and b) light flurries. Having taken the time off work twice, I called Sky High to see if they could fit me in that afternoon. Some quick research from Linda in communication with the crew and they made it happen! The crew came out to consult with me, hear what I needed, shared their recommendations and worked to create a freshly trimmed tree that was nicely spaced from my house and attractively shaped. I appreciated their health assessment of the tree and advice for keeping it healthy going forward. Awesome team work between Linda in the office and the professionals on the crew!
