I grill all season long and my Broil King is now a couple of years old.
I’ve never had my BBQ professionally cleaned and I found out that the retailer where I bought my model was no longer providing this service. They referred me to another cleaning company. I checked out the business on HomeStars, but was concerned with some of the reviews.
. . . and that’s how I ended up calling Jack.
Although I would have liked to be home when the service was performed, Jack informed me that the weekend schedule was very busy and I might have a long wait. He asked me if the BBQ could be accessed from the backyard and if there was water/electrical access. Problem solved!
The cleaning was performed within a couple of days.
I would like to thank Jack for giving me back a “Well Done BBQ!”
With the exception of a sparkly, almost new looking BBQ, there was no other evidence that someone have been in my backyard! They also went far and beyond the call of duty by sourcing out a small part and installing it for me at no extra charge.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Well Done BBQ and plan to use them again in the future.
