Heat pump and furnace installation

We had a new gas furnace and electric heat pump installed in March 2023. The install was not as straightforward as the installers had expected. They spent longer than anticipated and left us to clean up and patch holes in several walls and replace the wood decking that was cut and removed. They only responded to our concerns after posting a negative review. When they finally sent someone, the rep was friendly and helpful.
