Good quality work, done on time, and on budget. Awash was recommended by a satisfied neighbour, who had in turn been recommended by a contractor in the area.
Awash were prompt in returning our initial call, completing the assessment and quote, and did the work the day they said they'd start. The guys were detail oriented, and immediately fixed a minor issue that resulted from a mis-communication we had - they can deal with changes along the way.
As sometimes happens, they uncovered some additional work when a few boards needed to be replaced, but it was minor and the price they charged was fair (I checked). Notably, they didn't replace the parts of the roof that didn't need it. I appreciated them not doing more than they needed to. They were more than happy to work with the materials we wanted as well. The overall price was very fair. I would use these guys again.
