Awash Roofing & Renovation

Weve used Awash in the past for other roofing projects. This time they replaced a flat roof for us. They took the roof down to wood (something previous roofers clearly hadnt done they took two or three layers off), replaced a couple rotten boards, and installed the new one. The work was done on time and on budget.

They were on time & prepared with the materials needed. Any questions we had about the job were answered by phone/text or email. After the job was complete, they did a thirough clean-up. It was hard to even find one roofing nail on our property! Very pleased with the work performed & the look of our new roof

Kebreab did our flat roof in December. We found the whole process very professional. As a bonus Kebreab was also the lowest quote. We were away when the job was done, but we were kept informed during each stage via text pictures of the roof in various stages. He also installed a gutter that was missing at no cost. These guys are the best!!

We were selling our house and wanted to improve the curb appeal as well as take care of repairs that would be appreciated by potential buyers. Called Jaime from Awash Roofing. He returned my call promptly and came by within 24hrs to give a quote. He got up on our roof right away and gave me a direct and fair critique of what needed to be done and what could wait (ex. new shingles on peak an absolute must, new flat roof best to do but could wait a year or two). Jaime was knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. He and his team completed the job in two days and did quality work. They were a bit delayed getting started after I accepted the quote but it was an unusually hot Spring/Summer and the delay was due to the heat. Jaime was good about keeping me updated on the delay though and always returned my calls. I would definitely use them again as their customer service was great, they know what they're doing and their prices are fair. They also suggested a painter Joe to paint the dormer windows and window trims who was super nice and very reasonably priced as well. The house looked great and sold in 24hrs!
