This review is long overdue. I can't thank Andriano and his staff enough for being so patient with our condominium HOA. Ingrid our coordinator was amazing! He was very patient and kept me updated via emails and phone calls. He took the time to explain the issue and repairs in detail. The inspector that came out to check my unit was Alvaro and he is extremely knowledgeable and just the nicest guy. He examined the inside of the unit, the flat roof, and even took a look at the drain/downspout area. He inspected it from all angles. The crew that came out was Alex, Marcos and Daniel. The work they did was outstanding! They took extra care while bringing their tools up/down and didn't drop or drag any heavy equipment around. They also took detailed pics to show the before and after as well. These guys are awesome! I really appreciate their work ethic and attention to detail. Overall, this a great company and our HOA will continue to work with them. Highly recommend.
