We were introduced to Mike through our realtor. This was our first home as young couple and had a very tight closing date. Mike promptly scheduled a time to meet with us for our inspection. He was very professional, detail oriented, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions regarding deficiencies on the building and within the unit. His final report was concise and thorough. He made the purchasing process very easy.
