I was referred to Michael Zegarra through a friend. I was very impressed with his professionalism, his attention to detail and his willingness to answer all of my "single woman buying her first home anxiety questions".
He was calm and soothing as he went through each step with me and gave me a very thorough description on the "walk around inspection" of the home...and a detailed report upon completion... He even gave me tags and a demonstration for different water/gas lines to make it easier for me at times of necessary shut offs.
