Mr Dietlein is an older gentleman - he has been in the business for over 50 years. he will charge a fair price & he is the project manager & will make sure the job is done right. he has a his own crew - who are all old guys. The guys are old but work at a good speed - they have the experience so its better than hiring young fast guys with no experience. ITs the experience that counts when you get a tricky situation & need advice.
